crow

Crow joins the Augustae Annia team with over 15 years of experience in coaching, program leadership, operations and relationship management across a wide range of industries. He brings this expertise into the role of Liaison Officer for the Ukraine mission, leading our efforts to establish and maintain international stakeholder partnerships at the highest echelons of civilian and military organizations.

Crow’s background in Ukraine was established as the Head of International Procurement for an organization with a team of more than 350 staff in-country. He provided expert management and oversight of warehouse operations, working to develop, implement and streamline processes for inventory procurement, storage, and delivery to the frontline. During this time, his effectiveness in building rapport with internal and external stakeholders contributed to his success in this role.

Prior to his time in Ukraine, Crow worked as Operations Manager of a newly-formed business, building out multiple new locations and staff rosters to triple the size of the company within 18 months. This position required simultaneous management of inventory and personnel at multiple sites, solidifying his expertise in this area.

Additionally, Crow has experience in Human Resources as a new hire training and onboarding specialist, working to quickly establish company culture, positive communication and high standards within a fast-paced environment. He also brings an impressive coaching record and multiple championship seasons, building an athletic program as Head Coach to the largest ever in school history within 6 months, and after 4 races had increased medal totals for the previous 4 years combined by 700%.

The Augustae Annia Foundation is fortunate to have Crow’s impressive and diverse background working to establish relationships across the many sectors of participants within the Ukraine response landscape.
